This is now my ‘go to’ recipe. It’s so easy and delicious. Lovely with ice-cream, cream, yogurt, crème fraiche or custard. For the tin size quoted I add an extra quarter of the recipe ingredients otherwise I’m trying to stretch the mix too thinly.
