Absolutely delicious, will make this salad again…even my other half liked it, so that’s always a good review!!!. The addition of the salted peanuts took it to the next level. I don’t eat fish, or fish sauce; so I used Maggi seasoning sauce in the noodle sauce mix, and it was superb!!
