Super delicious. I didn’t use the special ricotta cheese, it is impossible to find it here. I didn’t use capers because I forgot to buy. And I prepared the eggplants in the oven instead of frying them. We enjoyed our dinner despite of those ingredients missing and it was not the last time we cooked this. Next time will be with capers.
